Total Construction Services was founded in 1985 to build and remodel community, commercial, and industrial structures in the Baltimore-Washington marketplace. In its short history, TCS has performed a wide variety of construction and renovation projects utilizing a number of different construction systems.

During the past decade, the company has developed a market specialization in the construction and renovation of religious facilities, and is widely recognized in the area as a church building specialist.

In order to maintain our reputation for quality and value, we continue to seek and implement new ideas from the team of design professionals and experienced subcontractors that make up the project design team for each new project. We enjoy an outstanding record of pleasing our customers with our finished products and with our service after the work is complete, and we have their personal testimonies to prove it.

Construction is accomplished by an equally knowledgeable team of licensed design / build subcontractors, specifically chosen for each project according to their experience, size and competitiveness.

Most projects range from $50,000 to $3,000,000 for new construction; with renovations, retrofit, and minor improvement offered for smaller projects.

Other project activities have included commercial, institutional, and industrial projects, major structural and concrete demolition projects, and renovation / retrofit projects that included pre-engineered buildings and re-roofing of existing, mature facilities.

TCS is conveniently located in Ellicott City, Maryland. Which means we're well positioned to serve the State of Maryland, Baltimore and Washington Metropolitan areas and surrounding counties.
